The Summer Management Program offers University and College students the opportunity to learn real world skills in Marketing, Human Resources, Production Management and Sales.

The opportunity fits around the student’s academic schedule and has a proven system that has been developing great Canadian business leaders since 1981.

The fundamental purpose of our program is to develop management, leadership and other business skills to gain a tremendous advantage on others in the competitive business world.

We recruit the best people, selecting one out of every 25 candidates. We coach and develop each student in a variety of training methods to get them in a position to be very successful once they graduate from school.

The most successful University and College students are all going after the same great roles. The skills learned in The Summer Management Program allows our alumni to distinguish themselves from their peers making them more attractive to prospective employers.
