The Summer Season
You will spend your time marketing, recruiting, doing estimates and supervising production. The Owner / Operator role is not to paint but to manage the success of the overall business. In fact, an Operator painting is detrimental to his or her business.

attend company supervised paint training

start production, keep crews supplied, manage staff

manage scheduling and client issues

manage finances, monitor expenses, learn about making profit

attend BBQ and sports events every two weeks at payroll

go to the Summer Management Program MAX Planner events, boat cruise, white water rafting and banquet

have fun at Mexico trip |

sell vehicle and equipment to recoup investment
